This was a Ironman helm that I made as a Halloween costume. It is made of a lightweight air dry clay called 'EfaPlast Light'. I hand modeled the helm, sanded it smooth, put a coat of fiberglass on it for some strength, painted it, and then wired up some LEDs with a battery on the inside of the mask. The eyes are made from a pair of blue sunglasses.
