This was the second half of my Ironman Halloween costume, the arc reactor. I started with some balsa wood and wired up some LEDs. The next step was to mold some plastic over the lights. Some of the plastic parts then recieved paint. The center pieces are made from foam core and cardboard. I then created a plastic ring for the case and mounted a magnifing glass lens over the top. The last step was to attach it to a shirt. The wiring ran down the inside the shirt to a battery casing I kept in my pocket.
